Residential Loan	5.80% p.a.	5.83% p.a.	This comparison rate is calculated on the amount of $200,000 over a term of 25 years.
Green Star Car Type 1	6.99% p.a.	7.27% p.a.	This comparison rate is calculated on the amount of $30,000 over a term of 5 years.
Green Star Car Type 2	8.74% p.a.	9.02% p.a.	This comparison rate is calculated on the amount of $30,000 over a term of 5 years.
Green Star Car Type 5	8.75% p.a.	9.03% p.a.	This comparison rate is calculated on the amount of $30,000 over a term of 5 years.
